Car-pool.co.uk
simply pursues to supply a platform for communication through which
users of car-pool.co.uk can exchange their information.

This
exchange of information is free of charge for the driver as well as for
all fellow-travellers. Driver and passengers agree on a contribution.

The users of car-pool.co.uk act under their own authority. Therefore every pledge against car-pool.co.uk will be dismissed.

Car-pool.co.uk
will not warrant that the use or results or materials made available as
part of the service will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise
reliable.

It is the driver's obligation
to ensure his passengers are dropped off at suitable places from where
a further continuation of the journey is possible i. e. via public
transport or the destination itself. Drop-off on main roads route is
not permitted.

Individuals commiting
Defame, abuse, harassment, stalking, threats, or other violations of
the legal rights will be immediately cancelled and prosecuted.

Information
that does not comply with the ideas of car-pool.co.uk (unannounced
advertisement, data copy, mass e-mail, text copy, any offence of
security, insults, defaming and annoyings) will be prosecuted.

The
Service is provided to individuals only. Any unauthorised commercial
use of the service, or the resale of its services, is expressively
prohibited. This is especially so for any user\\\'s personal
information, such as e-mail & home addresses. You agree to abide by
all applying local, state, national and international laws and
regulations.
By the way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:
- Use
the Service in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes,
chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited
messages (commercial or otherwise).
- Publish, distribute or
disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing,
obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
- Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any non-personal purpose.
- Extract or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
- Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message
- Use,
download or otherwise cpoy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a
person or entity that is not a Service member any directory of the
Service members or other user or usage information or any part thereof
other than in the context of your use of the Service as permitted under
the TOS.
- Transmit or upload any material that contains
viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other
harmful or deleterious programs.
- Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks.
- Attempt
to gain unauhtorised access to the Service, other accounts, computer
systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining
or any other means.

- Violate any applicable laws or
regulations including, without limitation, laws regarding the
transmission of technical data or software exported from the Federal
Republic of Germany through the service.
- Interfere with
another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or another
individual\\\'s or entity\\\'s use and enjoyment of similar services.

It is not legal to profitably negotiate the information on car-pool.co.uk to third persons.

It
is the policy of Car-pool.co.uk to respect the privac< of its
members. Car-pool.co.uk will not monitor, edit, or disclose any
personal information wihout your prior permission, unless
Car-pool.co.uk has a good faith belief that such action is necessary,
to: conform to legal rquirements or comply with legal process,
especially information violating the legal rights, personal rights,
etc..

As a condition of your use of the
service, you warrant to Car-pool.co.uk that you will not use the
service for any purpose that is unlawful as prohibited by these terms,
conditions and notices.

Car-pool.co.uk
accepts no resonsibilities about the suitability, reliability,
availability, timeliness and accuracy of the service or any purpose of
this service. The service is provided \\\"AS IS\\\" without warranty of
any kind. Car-pool.co.uk hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions
with regard to the service, including all implied warranties and
conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title
and non-infringement.

In no event shall
Car-pool.co.uk be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive,
incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever
including, without limitations, i. e. damages for loss of profit,
missed appointements etc. arising out of or in any way connected with
the use or performance of the service or related web sites, with delay
due to inabilty to use or further use the service i. e. breakdown, or a
failure to provide services. Because some states/ jurisdictions do not
allow the exclusions or limitations of libality for consequential or
incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You
agree that Car-pool.co.uk, in its sole discretion, may terminate your
password, customer code or use of the service, and remove and discard
any content within the service, for any reason, including, without
limitation, for lack of use or if Car-pool.co.uk believes that you have
violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS.

You
further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor
advertisements or information presented to you through the service or
advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks,
patents or other propietary rights and laws. Except as expressly
authorised by Yahoo or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent,
lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the
service or the software, in whole or in part.

In case of non-personal advertisement you agree to pay a fee of 1.000,00 Euros.

The
authorised distribution of personal information about others and any
transmission of bulk email damaging the service of Car-pool.co.uk, will
be sued with a payment of 20.000,00 Euros.

You
agree to indemnify and hold Car-pool.co.uk, its parents, EuropeAlive
Medien GmbH, subsidiaries, affiliates, officiers and employees,
harmless fromany claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable
attorneys\\\' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out
of your use of or conduct on the service.

This
agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Use of the service is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not
give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions. All
charges, payments, prosecutions will be dealt with by the jurisdiction
Bonn.
